Questions
What do I pay the government, and what do I pay you?
The UCR fee goes to the UCR Plan and is passed through at cost, on its own line, charged when you ask us to file. The MCS-150 update has no government fee. Pro is a flat yearly price per carrier on top, and nothing else is added.
Who actually files it?
A person on our team, in your name, using the written authorisation you sign in the app. We aim to file within 2 business days. Nothing is filed without your signed authorisation and, for the UCR, your payment of the government fee.
Can I do it myself for free?
Yes. The UCR and the MCS-150 update can both be filed directly with the government. The free plan tells you what's due and keeps the record. Pro is for people who would rather hand the filing over.
What if my fleet changes?
The tier follows the vehicle count on your carrier. You can correct the count in the app, and the UCR fee follows it.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from the carrier page. You keep Pro until the period you paid for ends, and your records stay.
What don't you file?
BOC-3, IRP renewals and Form 2290. We track them and remind you; they are filed by a process agent, your base state and an IRS e-file provider.
