What we keep

Your email address and password (held by our sign-in service, hashed). The carriers you track: USDOT number, the company details FMCSA publishes about it, and what you tell us, like a vehicle count or an IRP renewal date. The filings you log and the receipts you upload. If you ask us to file for you: the name and title of the person who signed the authorisation, and when.

The free USDOT check reads public FMCSA data. It stores nothing about you; we count the visit in analytics.

Who sees it

Only you, and the people at Haul10 who work your filing requests. We do not sell or share your data for advertising. Uploaded receipts are served only to the account that owns them.

We use Stripe for payments (we never see full card numbers), ThreadCamp to send email, Helm7 to host the app and its database, Sentry to record errors and feedback with personal details removed, and Google Analytics to count visits and steps through the site. When you ask us to file, we enter your company details on the government portals on your behalf.

How long

As long as your account exists. Delete the account from Settings and your carriers, filings, receipts and keys are deleted with it. Stripe keeps its own payment records as the law requires.

Your rights

You can correct anything in the app and delete your account at any time. For anything else, email carrierdue at relay dot threadcamp dot com.
