Who we are, and what we are not

Haul10 is a private company. We are not FMCSA, the UCR Plan or any government agency, and our name and logo are not theirs. Dates and fees come from their published rules and open data, and we show where.

State transportation departments warn about websites that look like the UCR Plan or FMCSA and charge on top of the government fee. We are a private service and we say so on every page. You can file everything we file for the government fee alone, and we link the official places to do it.

Where the data comes from

Every result shows the day it was read. FMCSA's files refresh daily, so a filing you made this morning may not show yet.

What we cannot see

  • Whether your UCR for the year is paid. The UCR Plan does not publish payments. You log it, or we file it and log it for you.
  • Whether a BOC-3 is on file. It is not in the open data.
  • Your IRP renewal date and Form 2290 status.

How filing for you works

On a Pro carrier you sign a written authorisation naming the person who signed, their title and the date. For the UCR you pay the government fee in the app, at cost. A person on our team then files in your name and attaches the receipt to your record, within 2 business days. For the MCS-150 update, you connect us as a service provider in Motus, or we tell you exactly what to click. You can withdraw the authorisation at any time. We never file anything you have not asked for.

What we do not do

We do not file BOC-3s, IRP renewals or Form 2290 today. We track them and remind you. We are not a law firm and this is not legal advice.

Who runs it
