Terms

What Haul10 is

Haul10 is a private company. We are not FMCSA, the UCR Plan or any government agency, and our name and logo are not theirs. Dates and fees come from their published rules and open data, and we show where.

Dates, fees and what we can see

We work out due dates and fees from published rules and FMCSA open data, and say where each came from and when we read it. Public data does not show UCR payments, BOC-3 filings or IRP renewals, so we cannot tell you those are done. You remain responsible for your own compliance. If FMCSA, the UCR Plan or your state tells you something different, follow them.

Filing for you

On a Pro carrier you can ask us to file the UCR or the MCS-150 update. We do it only after you sign the authorisation for that carrier in the app, and, for the UCR, after you pay the government fee. We aim to file within 2 business days and will tell you if we cannot. You must give us true information; the vehicle count is yours to state. You can withdraw the authorisation at any time. If we cannot file, we refund the government fee in full.

Government fees

The UCR fee is charged to your card at the amount in the Plan's published table and paid to the Plan. We add nothing to it. Once filed, a UCR fee is not refundable by us; the UCR Plan sets its own refund rules.

Plans

The free plan covers up to five carriers. Pro is billed per carrier, yearly, and can be cancelled at any time. You keep Pro until the end of the paid period.

Liability

We take care, but we are not your lawyer or your compliance officer, and nothing here is legal advice. Our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, except where the law does not allow that.
